Evans Pines Nursery is owned and operated by Tony and Amy Evans, and is located on nearly 80 acres in East Central Indiana. The business was started in 2015 as a future retirement project. Both Tony and Amy enjoy gardening, and growing plants and trees. Tony enjoys working outside and doing physical work, he says, “I like to work with my hands and after a day in the office it is refreshing to get out and work in the trees for an hour or two.” Tony and Amy assisted with the planting and caring of pine, spruce and fir trees since the early 1990’s at Hobson's Christmas Tree Farm, owned and operated by Amy's father.

Evans Pines Nursery carries Norway Spruce, White Spruce, Blue Spruce, Green Giant Arborvitae, White Pine and Canaan Fir. These trees are known for their fast-growing and resilient characteristics and work great as windbreaks and privacy screens for a business or residence.

We use a soil-less planting material with a time-released fertilizer, then we irrigate from our pond to develop a well established root system and hardy tree. A tree with a full root system allows for fast growth when planted in the ground.
